Paula hosted a cacao ceremony as part of a breathwork retreat I attended. It was such a special addition. She has a beautiful, calming energy and I felt very connected and grounded during the ceremony.

Paula held a beautiful cacao ceremony for the participants of a Breathwork retreat I held last week. Her intentional presence, beautiful singing and drumming and incredible visualisation had everyone feeling peaceful and grounded. We enjoyed a heart opening cacao together afterwards, I can’t recommend Paula enough ❤️🔥
